Sales Executive (HQ & Penang)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sales of our medical devices and supplies in hospitals and clinics. You will proactively engage clients through meetings and outreach efforts, develop sales proposals and forecasts, and conduct product demonstrations and training. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales and promotion of medical devices and supplies within hospitals and clinics.
- Proactively reach out to clients through scheduled meetings strategic cold outreach and initiatives aimed at growing and enhancing the customer base.
- Develop sales forecasts proposals and quotes; meet sales objectives.
- Perform product demonstrations presentations and training for customers.
- Establish strong client relationships and deliver outstanding post-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics.
- Discover new business opportunities and assess the creditworthiness of clients.
- Manage the collection of outstanding payments on sales made.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and provide regular sales and marketing updates.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical, Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience/ training in medical line.
- Driven, self-motivated, and independent with a strong focus on results.
- Great communication skills and a passion for building relationships and growing sales.
- Candidates without formal qualifications but with substantial experience and a demonstrated record of success are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to travel frequently to meet clients and attend site visits.
Clinical Product Specialist (HQ)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Clinical Product Specialist to support and optimize our surgical devices and robotic systems. This role involves working closely with surgeons and medical teams to ensure safe and effective use of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support:
- Provide on-site assistance during robotic surgeries, including system setup and troubleshooting.
- Train surgical teams on device usage and best practices.
- Uphold patient safety and clinical standards during procedures.
Training & Education:
- Conduct training programs for surgeons and operating theatre staff.
- Create educational materials and simulations to enhance learning.
- Coordinate training with international specialists when needed.
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team for product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders.
System Implementation:
- Support the installation of robotic systems in hospitals.
- Guide surgical teams during initial cases to drive system adoption.
Post-Sales Support:
- Act as the primary contact for client accounts.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot any issues to improve workflow.
Compliance & Professional Development:
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Continuously learn about company products and enhance personal skills.
- Support company objectives and participate in team initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Medical Electronics, or related fields.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience or training in the medical field is preferred.
